Cam believes deeply in helping people grow their careers and building an environment where they can do their best work. A dedicated father of three, he brings the same care and commitment to his family as he does to his team. Having started the company by towing equipment with a minivan, Cam’s journey is a reminder that big things can grow from humble beginnings and that mindset continues to guide how he leads today.

Robyn Roberts

Director

Robyn has loved watching the company grow from a one-man operation run out of a minivan into a team of incredible people working together to build something truly special. She knows Laser wouldn’t be what it is today without the collective effort of people who have worked tirelessly to create systems built on repeatable, thoughtful actions. Outside of work, Robyn adores plants and is a strong advocate for family and mental well being, believing that caring for people is the foundation of any successful organization.

Scott Dobie

General Manager

Scott is all about adventure, whether that’s exploring back roads on his motorcycle or building meaningful connections at work. Through his Instagram account, @otbp.moto, he shares his love for motorcycle adventuring and the stories that come with it. Scott believes that people don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it, and that belief shapes how he shows up every day. Above all, his favorite part of the company is the team, because great things happen when the right people ride together.

Kim Hunter

Executive Assistant

Kim loves her coworkers and the culture they’ve built together, and that sense of community is what makes work feel meaningful to her. Outside of work, she dives into a wide range of interests, from practicing various martial arts and archery to cross stitching and getting lost in a good book. She also has a very large sweet tooth, which means desserts and candy are never optional, and always appreciated.

Liam Dobie

Sales & Estimating

Liam is passionate about games and technology, thriving at the intersection of problem solving and human connection. With a natural talent for guiding clients through complex decisions, he brings clarity, curiosity, and care to every interaction he has. Outside of work, Liam dedicates his spare time to running a nonprofit helping adults grow their leadership skills, channeling that same drive and passion into making a meaningful impact in our community.

Selina Bomberger

Sales

Equal parts calm, creative, and unapologetically passionate about chicken wings. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her flowing through yoga, playing music, or getting lost in a good book. She truly admires the people she works alongside and respects Cam’s forward-thinking approach as a business owner, always pushing the company to grow and evolve.

Issiah Wyatt

Senior Technician

Part of the Laser crew and clearly kind of a big deal (at least in his own mind). He loves working alongside all the cool people at Laser, brings competitive energy to the ping pong table, and isn’t shy about letting you know when he’s on a winning streak. Equal parts team player and self-appointed legend, Issiah keeps things fun while still getting the job done

Senior Technician

Always ready for the next adventure. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him travelling, exploring new places, or planning his next getaway. A big fan of the outdoors, Randy enjoys hunting just as much as he does cheering on (or talking about) hockey. That mix of curiosity, grit, and team spirit is what he brings with him every day

Technician

A go-with-the-flow kind of person who values real connection over small talk. Outside of work, you’ll find him spending time with friends and family, playing games, or listening to music. What he appreciates most about the workplace is the short but meaningful conversations he gets to share with the team throughout the day,  those small moments that make a big difference.
